We are aware that human capital is one of the most important factors in your decision-making process. Guanajuato has close to 180,000 high school students with more than 30% of the alumni enrolled in technically oriented programs. Moreover, every year 32,000 + young students are graduating from high school. Last year, our industry driven educational system trained more than 100,000 students allowing the State of Guanajuato to become the national leader in “tailor made” training programs in Mexico. That only happens in a Business Oriented State such as Guanajuato, that has followed a consistent public policy regarding strategies to support Foreign Direct Investment, for the last 20 years.

Guanajuato State Training Institute (IECA) is a unique training center model in Mexico.
